Unfortunately, I don't believe these videos come from some DVD that's commercially available. They're from the archives of the Romanian National Television (TVR) and date way back to the Communist era - possibly the seventies, or the early eighties. There is a chance that they have been packaged and sold on a DVD compilation by a newspaper called "<a href="http://www.jurnalul.ro" rel="nofollow">Jurnalul National</a>". They used to run a special issue on Lautari music. You may want check out the archives of that newspaper and perhaps contact them.
